Reign Volleyball Club is a USAV/RMR club based out of Cheyenne, WY. Founded in 2025, we are focused on being a competitive, athlete-centered volleyball program built on a foundation of growth, opportunity, and excellence. We encourage our players to succeed at the highest levels of competition, as well as focus on development and sportsmanship.

Our older teams travel and compete at several multi-day tournaments throughout the season, while our younger teams compete in more local and regional tournaments. As a USAV club, we are part of the Rocky Mountain Region, competing in USAV and other high level tournaments.

Each team practices twice a week, for two hours each night. The days of the week that we practice are subject to change.

Teams primarily practice in the LCSD1 facilities.

Club costs may vary from year to year based on hotel costs, travel costs, tournament registration fees, etc. More information on club costs can be found under our Club page.

Yes. Fundraising opportunities are available throughout the season. Players and families have the opportunity to participate in the clean-up of UW home football and basketball games. For each person that participates, a set amount will go back to that player’s fees.

Reign Volleyball Club reserves the right to cancel any camp, clinic, lesson, or club team due to a lack of enrollment. A full refund will be provided.

Athletes who withdraw two weeks prior to the start of a camp/clinic/lesson: A full refund will be provided minus online payment fees.

Athletes who withdraw within one week of the start of camp/clinic/lesson: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. Or athletes have the option to take a credit of 100% to their account to be used in the future on anything volleyball at Reign Volleyball Club with no expiration date. Withdraw within 24 hours of a scheduled camp/clinic/lesson: no refund will be provided.

Once the player has participated in a clinic/lesson/club play/tryout, NO refunds will be provided.

However, participants of Reign Volleyball Club camps/clinics/lessons who have to withdraw from the camp/clinic/lesson due to personal injury/sickness may receive a pro-rated refund. These requests must be made in writing to the Directors.

CLUB VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES/PARENTS: Reign Volleyball Club does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. Reign Volleyball Club defines the start of the season as once a player commits to Reign Volleyball Club in the Online Commitment System.

Additionally, Club Dues will only be considered for refund if one of the following circumstances arises:

1. Severe illness or injury prevents a player from participating in our programs. Participant or parents should provide documentation from medical professionals for RVC.

2. Unforeseeable life change that prevents player from participating in our programs (i.e. unexpected family move out of the area).
